The minimum purchase order is 2 dozen and we do not make exceptions to this policy. This quantity is required for these reasons: 1) The Garlic Twist is very hot-selling so you should keep an adequate stock. 2) A larger quantity makes for a far more eye-catching display guaranteeing its success. 3) If a smaller quantity of, say, 1 dozen is ordered, then the first few units will get sold quickly. The last few leftover units usually are much more difficult to sell.
The Garlic Twist comes in three colors, crystal CLEAR, sapphire BLUE, and ruby RED. Our standard color assortment is, for each dozen, there are 8 CLEAR, 2 BLUE and 2 RED units. Ninety percent of our orders are for this color combination but other color combinations can also be specified. Retailers are encouraged to carry a certain colored units in their stock as they make for far more attractive display that just the clear units would otherwise provide for, and many customers do prefer the colored units.
A custom tower display rack that holds one dozen Garlic Twists is available for $28. It comes with two free Garlic Twists to offset its cost. This compact rack with a 5x7 footprint is ideal for placement next to the cash register and is an excellent sales aid. (click Downloadable Media button to see an actual photo). You will receive one free display rack with your first order of 6 dozen units if so requested.
Our normal delivery time is within two business days. We provide about two sheets of the product pamphlet for each unit of the Garlic Twist ordered. Please feel free to request for no product pamphlets or more product pamphlets when you place your order. First-time retailers also will receive a free 7x10-inch counter display card to promote our product. |

As an unfamiliar new product, the Garlic Twists must be properly displayed to allow them to be seen. We strongly recommend that retailers display a fair number of units in at least two separate locations within the store, with one location preferably be at the cashier’s counter. The sales staff should become familiar with the Garlic Twist and be able to answer questions from curious customers.
For optimum sales, a store should always maintain adequate quantities on display at all times. Besides, the Garlic Twist is not something that you’d get stuck with – you’ll always be able to sell a sizable inventory given a little more time. But if you’re caught out of stock, that would be a genuine loss for your store.
Many retailers have had great success when they demonstrate the Garlic Twist. You may also try to generate media interest by contacting the food editor of your local newspaper. Of the few times the Garlic Twists was reported in the local papers, without exception our local retailers (Rodman’s in the DC area, Campbell’s Gourmet Cottage in Louisville, KY, Kitchen Kitchen in Indian Wells, CA) all have sold hundreds of it within one month with substantial repeat business afterwards. At William Glen in Sacramento when a demonstration was also held in conjunction, all 300 units of stock were sold out in the first two hours, and customers form two lines waiting to sign the special order list! Some stores have even found it profitable to advertise this product the local papers. "For single store operators, if a sample is necessary, we recommend you to purchase one through an online store. The full price of the purchase can be deducted at your first order from us by attaching a copy of the receipt of your purchase.
We also offer a unique full-refund-if-not-best-seller policy: just mark on your first purchase order “Refund Guarantee Requested”, and we will extend a full refund guarantee for all unsold units for a period of three months after shipping provided that you provide reasonably in-store exposure to this item yet it is not your store’s best seller. Please contact us to obtain a UPS account number for return shipping. " |
